We at Coforge Hiring for Pega Architects with the following skillset:

Required Qualifications &Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Pega experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development.
• At least 5+ years experience with design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading Pega upgrade projects, preferably to versions 8.x or higher.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, frameworks, and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS environments, and iterative software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Pega SD/SI frameworks is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to project challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Expertise in Pega latest offerings and capabilities, including DX API, Data Pages, and Cosmos UI.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices for Pega application
