PCB Design & Embedded Firmware Engineer (R&D)

Shara Circuits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a versatile PCB Designer who is passionate about end-to-end product development and can independently handle R&D-based electronics projects .

Role & Responsibilities

• Schematic design and PCB layout (single, double, and basic multilayer boards)
• Firmware development for microcontrollers (Arduino / STM32 / ESP preferred)
• Component selection, BOM creation, and design validation
• Prototyping, debugging, and functional testing of boards
• Supporting R&D projects from concept to working prototype
• Coordination with fabrication and assembly teams
• Basic documentation and design handover support

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PCB design tools (KiCad / Altium / Eagle)
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture and layout
• Firmware development experience (Embedded C / Arduino / STM32 / ESP)
• Good understanding of electronics fundamentals
• Practical experience in testing, debugging, and rework
• Ability to handle diverse R&D projects independently

Good to Have

• Experience with IoT, power electronics, or industrial electronics
• Exposure to EMI/EMC basics
• Experience in rapid prototyping and lab testing
