Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Partnerships Manager role based in Rajkot. The Partnerships Manager will focus on developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying prospective partners, nurturing relationships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve partnership objectives. The role also involves monitoring partnership performance, ensuring successful implementation, and creating win-win opportunities for sustained success.

- Proficiency in building and managing Strategic Partnerships
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in partnership management or a similar role is highly desirable
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners to expand market reach and drive partner-led revenue growth.
- Enable partners through structured onboarding, product training, sales tools, and ongoing support to ensure effective representation of the companys SaaS solutions.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, events, and co-selling activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
