At CouponzGuru , were scaling our affiliate and brand partnerships across India, UAE, and global markets. Were looking for a hands-on Partnerships & Growth Manager who can own affiliate networks, direct brand alliances, and new business generation end-to-end.

This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, enjoys building long-term relationships, and knows how to convert partnerships into revenue.

What Youll Own

Affiliate Networks

• Manage relationships with top affiliate networks (tracking, validations, payouts, offer updates)
• Coordinate campaigns, resolve discrepancies, and optimize performance
• Identify and onboard new affiliate networks across geographies

Direct Brand Alliances

• Build and manage direct partnerships with brands & advertisers
• Negotiate commissions, exclusives, coupon codes & special campaigns
• Act as the primary point of contact for brand partnerships
• Drive repeat business and long-term alliances

New Business & Growth

• Identify new partnership opportunities, verticals & revenue streams
• Pitch CouponzGuru to brands, agencies & performance teams
• Convert inbound & outbound leads into scalable partnerships
• Support market expansion and high-impact campaigns

Collaboration & Insights

• Work closely with content, SEO & marketing teams to scale winning offers
• Track performance and share insights on what to scale or optimize
  

• 25 years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development
• Strong understanding of affiliate economics (CPS / CPA / rev-share)
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks AND direct brand deals
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, ownership mindset, growth-focused
• Experience with coupons, deals or performance platforms is a big plus
