Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Execute structured daily outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
2. Engage with Indian and global universities while managing inbound interest.
3. Conduct detailed research on universities, programs, and key stakeholders; maintain and update databases.
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings between university officials and internal leadership.
5. Assist in preparing proposals, documentation, and follow-up communication.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and track progress effectively.

CTC- 3.6- 4.8 LPA Fixed

Competencies:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent email drafting ability.
3. Solid research and analysis capabilities.
4. Persistence with a strong outreach-driven mindset
5. High sense of ownership with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic documentation
7. 13 years of relevant experience in outreach, coordination, inside sales, or partnerships
8. MBA preferred but not mandatory
9. Freshers with outstanding communication skills may also be considered

Preferred but Not Essential:

1. Prior exposure to EdTech, higher education, or academic partnerships
2. Comfortable making occasional calls across time zones
