Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a confident and self-driven outreach coordinator who can independently handle LinkedIn outreach, build a strong sales pipeline,This role requires excellent English communication skills, as client interaction and pitching will be a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales via cold calls and emails.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach: profile building, connection requests, follow-up DMs
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads through structured outreach
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct virtual rounds and present agency services confidently
• Manage client communication
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and sales tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong confidence in cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups
• Hands-on experience or basic knwoldge with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
• Strong negotiation skill
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services (preferred)
