About the Institution

IMS Noida (Institute of Management Studies) is a well-known private educational institution in NCR, established in 1998, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Management, IT, Mass Communication , and Law , focusing on industry-relevant skills, practical learning, and global exposure through collaborations, known for its PGDM courses and facilities like moot courts, tech labs, and a vibrant campus with placements for its students.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outreach Manager to strengthen institutional visibility, partnerships, and student outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outreach strategies to promote academic programs among schools, colleges, corporates, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder institutions, industry partners, coaching institutes, and counselors
  • Coordinate and conduct school/college visits, education fairs, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions
  • Support student admissions through effective outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets
  • Represent the institution at external events, exhibitions, and academic forums
  • Maintain outreach databases, prepare reports, and analyze outreach effectiveness
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and partnerships aligned with institutional goals

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • 57 years of experience in outreach, admissions, academic marketing, or institutional partnerships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for outreach activities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
