Outreach & Email Marketing Team Lead

We are hiring a hands on Outreach Manager to operate and scale outbound using Instantly and brochure based outreach.

You will manage both:

1. Campaign performance
2. A team of junior resources handling data vetting and enrichment

You are responsible for turning outreach into conversations and ensuring the production pipeline runs smoothly every day.

Must Have Experience

• Hands on Instantly or similar platform experience
• Strong understanding of deliverability
• Multi inbox outbound campaign management
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Experience managing operations or research teams

• Positive reply rate
• Meetings booked from outbound
• Data accuracy rate from enrichment team
