Job Location: Hyderabad & Pune

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

• Delivery experience preferably in OT/ICS security engagements.
• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for operational technology and ICS networks.
• Monitor OT network activity to detect suspicious behaviour and potential security threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis of OT systems and networks.
• Develop and enforce OT cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment between OT and IT security practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
• Lead investigations into security incidents, including analyzing breaches and taking corrective actions.
• Develop incident response protocols for OT-specific threats, including malware, ransomware, and system vulnerabilities.
• Conduct cybersecurity training for OT staff, emphasizing best practices for securing industrial control systems.
• Raise awareness about emerging OT threats and ensure operational readiness for potential cyber-attacks.
• Evaluate and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors providing OT systems and services.
• Ensure that security requirements are met in contracts and vendor agreements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure OT security is integrated into the broader organizational security framework.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate security posture, incidents, and ongoing risk management efforts to senior leadership.
