Job Description
Desired Skills & Experience :
- At least 12+years of relevant experience in management consulting, change management or related field expertise. OCM Certified from PROSCI or APMG
- Exceptionally strong at client Stakeholder Management
- Proven track record of working with C-suite executives, internal senior leaders and client’s business leaders.
- Experience of having led OCM workstream for at least three end to end business transformation initiatives
- Experience in leading or working with global teams.
- Ability to influence and draw consensus.
- Preferred Educational qualification is a MBA or University degree in HR, Psychology or related areas from leading universities in India or abroad
