What would you do? Execute process Order to Cash in Billing with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. The Billing Processing team focuses on the process of creating and issuing customer invoices. This includes reviewing the list of debit notes raised and identifying any gaps in the process. The role requires a good understanding of invoicing, collections, account receivables, order management, sales order, order processing, order fulfillment, and journal entries. The role may also require following up with the sales team to provide reasons for raising debit notes and un-recognized revenue.
What are we looking for? Graduate of finance-related or business course; Accounting graduate an advantage At least 6 months related working experience in OTC backend process, healthcare insurance billing related experience / healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance billing, collections, or related work Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required. ? Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability) Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.) Able to communicate well in English for verbal and written form Analytical and fact-based decision-maker Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations. Experience in team interactions and facilitation SSC, BPO experience an advantage but not required. Able to perform analysis of data and tasks of medium to high complexity. Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement. Work hours at night. Overtime and On-Call may be required. Client holidays are observed instead of Philippine or local holidays. Daily RTO during training and knowledge transfer until stabilization
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and execute Order to Cash, Billing Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, timely customer invoicing in accordance with contractual billing terms Obtain and review documentation for invoice creation. Validate the information in the documents against the billing system information. Work closely with the nursing supervisor to resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
