Job Description
Title: Order Management Specialist
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 5 PM to 2 PM
Role Overview
Were looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing and software license provisioning . This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate customer orders with accuracy.
- Manage license creation, activation, and renewals.
- Resolve order or license-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM .
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
