About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle VBCS Lead with over 5 years of strong technical expertise in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , and Fusion Cloud (FSCM & HCM) . The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Oracle Cloud applications and integrations, ensuring high performance, usability, and alignment with business objectives.

This is a remote position , requiring flexibility to work in US rotational shifts while collaborating with global teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) .
• Develop, test, and deploy custom web and mobile applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud (FSCM/HCM).
• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI services.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Architect reusable UI components and ensure adherence to Oracle UX and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage version control, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines for VBCS applications.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Document designs, integration flows, and deployment configurations.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and leverage new features for application enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, primarily VBCS, OIC, and OCI .
• Proven expertise in Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) application design, development, and deployment.
• Strong technical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of Fusion Cloud modules FSCM (Financials, Procurement, SCM) and HCM .
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and web service integration (REST/JSON) .
• Experience with PL/SQL, BI Publisher (BIP) , and FBDI/HDL processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage global stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Cloud certifications in VBCS or OIC .
• Experience with Oracle PaaS extensions , Application Composer , or ADF .
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps environments and tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
