Valueverse Consulting is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts , and more to join our dynamic team! Position: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Experience: 3-5 years in Oracle HCM with a focus on technical objects

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts .
• Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
• Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
• Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables .
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas .
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
