Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Cloud SME

Experience: 7–10 years

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle ERP professional with deep experience in end-to-end enterprise process enablement, particularly in core operational and fulfillment functions. This role sits within the technical consulting track, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with technical leaders on business-critical implementations and transformation programs.

Ideal candidates will have a blend of deep technical expertise coupled with understanding of configuration, functional understanding, and strong problem-solving ability. Must have good and strong project experiences across areas like order orchestration, purchasing flows, inventory control, production processes, and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, focusing on operational flows.
• Own configurations and setups related to order capture, purchasing workflows, stock movement, production planning, and warehouse operations.
• Interpret business requirements, design functional flows, and ensure alignment with technical builds and integrations.
• Support and collaborate with technical teams on data migration, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
• Participate in project planning, solution workshops, and cutover planning for rollout programs.
• Contribute to client-facing documentation, test planning, and issue resolution across functional and technical domains.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite in techno-functional capacity with strong configuration experience.
• Strong delivery experiences including ownership of end-to-end techno-functional deliverables, including coordination with development teams for extensions, integrations, and reports.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least 4–5 of the following domains:
• Order capture and fulfillment
• Supplier engagement and purchasing
• Material movement and warehouse execution
• Demand and supply orchestration
• Manufacturing execution
• Quality management processes
• Solid understanding of how business processes are configured and executed within Oracle ERP.
• Lead discovery, fit-gap and design workshops with business stakeholders
• Prior experience in a consulting or implementation partner environment is essential.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or data interface approaches.
• Provide leadership on Oracle Technology Solution Design and Architecture
• Engage with IT stakeholders on discovery, tech workshops
• Exposure to planning or forecasting tools integrated with Oracle ERP.
• Global rollout or multi-country implementation experience.
• Oracle certification(s) or training in functional ERP modules.
