JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solution Solution is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL workflows to support data warehousing and analytics requirements.
• Write complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned SQL scripts for data extraction and transformation.
• Integrate and automate ETL jobs using Python for data validation, transformation, and process optimization.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot ETL issues, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Optimize data loads and ensure performance tuning of ETL jobs and database queries.
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Database and PL/SQL (procedures, triggers, packages, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and workflow automation.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Control-M) is a plus.
