Oracle Lease management Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Lease Management Functional Consultant to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) . The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Oracle Lease Management and related Oracle Financials modules, with a proven track record of leading implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Lease Management implementations, enhancements, and support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Lease Management , including lease contracts, assets, billing, revenue recognition, and accounting processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guide development, testing, and integration activities.
• Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct UAT, user training, and post-production support.
• Provide SME-level guidance on best practices, process improvements, and product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Lease Management .
• Strong functional expertise across Oracle EBS Financials (AR, AP, FA, GL) and related modules.
• Proven experience in implementations, upgrades, and production support .
• Strong understanding of lease accounting, billing, revenue processes, and financial workflows.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex solutions effectively.
• Experience preparing functional documents and leading client workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications in Financials or related modules.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Lease Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
