Job Summary :

• 8+ years of overall experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Technical
• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Fast Formulas
• HCM Extracts
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• OTBI
• HDL / HSDL / FBDI

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Integrations (REST, SOAP, OIC preferred)
• Experience with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, or Compensation modules
• Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and data structures
• Experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Key Skills: HCM extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, Core HR & Payroll.
