Oracle Fusion Security Lead

Long Term Contract

Hybrid at Kyndryl Locations

• Lead the design, governance, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud security
• architecture, including job roles, duty roles, abstract roles, data security policies, and
• role hierarchies.
• Perform role-based access analysis (RBAC) to ensure least-privilege principles,
• appropriate segregation of duties, and alignment with business functions across
• Finance, Procurement, and FAH.
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews across core processes (P2P, O2C, R2R,
• PPM) and define mitigation or compensating controls where conflicts are identified.
• Lead service account governance including cataloging, privilege analysis, usage
• monitoring, and compliance evaluation.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure security design supports
• integrations, workflow requirements, approvals, reporting, and EPM interactions
• (FCCS/EPBCS).
• Collaborate with Data Migration, OIC, and Technical teams to validate security impacts
• on data loads, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting access.
• Define and manage the security testing strategy during SIT, UAT, regression, and
• quarterly Oracle Cloud update cycles.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of security matrices, role catalogs, mapping
• documents, data security assignments, and environment access controls.
• Lead remediation planning for audit findings, SoD conflicts, excessive privileges, and
• security vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance on OTBI / BI Publisher report security, ensuring sensitive data is
• controlled and consistent with access rules.
• Support deployment and cutover activities by validating role provisioning, workflow
• routing, security assignment loads, and post-go-live security checks.
• Mentor junior security analysts and coordinate work with offshore/onshore security
• support teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related
• discipline.
• 1015+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud security design
• and administration.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion security frameworkjob roles, duty roles, abstract
• roles, data roles, custom roles, and policy inheritance.
• Strong expertise in RBAC, SoD analysis, role provisioning, environment access
• control, and audit/compliance requirements (SOX, internal audit standards).
• Experience supporting security design for modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO,
• SSP, and FAH, with working knowledge of EPM (FCCS/EPBCS).
• Familiarity with technical components impacting security: OIC integrations, OTBI/BI
• Publisher reports, FBDI loads, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Strong SQL skills for analyzing user access, permissions, SoD conflicts, and security
• data validation.
