Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:

Lead and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment solutions, ensuring accurate workforce structures, employment models, and compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality configurations and integrations aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Workforce Deployment components: employment models, positions, jobs, grades, and worker structures.
• Implement Redwood UI and build custom pages/extensions using VBCS.
• Manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for workforce data migration.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for workforce rules and validations.
• Support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Analytics for workforce reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for seamless integration and testing (SIT/UAT).
• Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations for workforce deployment processes.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.
• Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL.
• Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation abilities.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 46 years in Oracle Fusion HCM with at least 2+ years in Workforce Deployment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support.
