At eAppSys, we help businesses streamline HR operations and achieve their workforce goals with Oracle HCM solutions. We are expanding our HCM practice and hiring multiple Fusion HCM Functional Consultants to join our team in Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

We are looking for hands-on HCM consultants with 612 years of experience in Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ideally with combined Oracle Fusion HCM + EBS exposure. This is a customer-facing, office-based role requiring excellent communication skills, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and post-production support
• Configure and deliver solutions for Core HR, Talent, Absence Management, and Compensation (experience with additional HCM modules is a strong plus)
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design scalable configurations
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions
• Provide user training, documentation, and change management support
• Ensure high-quality delivery and act as a trusted advisor for customers

Required Qualifications:

• 612 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (implementations + rollouts)
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent, Absence, and Compensation (additional HCM modules preferred)
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification in 2 or more modules/areas is preferred
• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM functional experience is a strong plus
• MBA in HR is preferred; relevant industry experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to translate business requirements into configurations and solutions
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong HR domain knowledge, proactive problem-solving ability
• Available to join within 1 month (preferred)
