Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
Resource will work from offshore in the functional track for client engagements to perform support activities such as proactive in debugging the bug fixes, working on Enhancement Requests etc.
Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the Enhancement Requests.
Write Functional requirement documents for any reports,
interfaces and application extensions.
Provide Functional Knowledge to Automation Team for developing test scripts and align more test scripts for automation
Pro actively involve in quarterly upgrade testing, conducting impact Assessments sessions to clients, deep dive sessions etc.
Guiding Clients to Migrate to REDWOOD UI with complete Ownership
Incident Management Tool / Ticketing Tool experience is Plus (Eg. Jira, Service Now) but not mandatory

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Must have
Minimum 4.5 years of full life cycle implementation & Support experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Functional professional with more than 2 end-to-end implementations in HCM.
Working experience in Workforce Compensation with any other two modules example HRHD/Health and Safety/ Oracle Learning Cloud/Oracle Guided Learning/Oracle Digital Assistance.
Redwood Functional (any two to three modules) Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation
Working experience in Oracle Learning Cloud/Oracle Guided Learning/Oracle Digital Assistance with any other module, example Core HR/ORC/TM
Mandatory technical & functional skills
Working experience in more of these modules Fusion - in Workforce Compensation / Redwood Functional - Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation / Oracle Learning Cloud/Oracle Guided Learning/Oracle Digital Assistance
Preferred technical & functional skills :
Working experience in more of these Fusion modules
Workforce Compensation with any other modules
Redwood Functional any two modules,
OLC and OGL
