Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Projects Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and support of the Oracle Projects module. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of project-related financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Projects module including project costing, billing, budgeting, and revenue recognition.

• Configure Oracle Projects module components such as Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants, and Revenue Management.

• Support project setups including work breakdown structures (WBS), task management, and project hierarchies.

• Collaborate with Finance, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes.

• Provide functional expertise during implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

• Assist with testing (unit, system integration, UAT) and support issue resolution.

• Prepare user guides, training materials, and provide end-user support.

• Work with technical teams to design and support reports, interfaces, and customizations related to Oracle Projects.

• Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards within project financials.

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS Projects module.

• Strong functional knowledge of project costing, billing, revenue recognition, grants management, and contracts.

• Experience with Oracle Projects integrations with other EBS modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, HR).

• Good understanding of business processes in project-based organizations.

• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle EBS configurations and processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Oracle RICEW components is a plus.

• Ability to work in onsite-offshore or distributed team models.
