POSITION OVERVIEW : Oracle CPQ support engineer

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Experience with CPQ rule engines and constraint solvers (e.g., industry-specific configurators).
• Strong functional understanding of product configuration, pricing, discounting, constraints, and BOM management.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP integrations;
• familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON and XML.
• Proficient with ticketing and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) Basic scripting / query skills: SQL, Python, or JavaScript for automation and data manipulation.
• Monitor CPQ performance and usage, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning. Troubleshoot CPQ integrations with CRM (Salesforce), Oracle ERP, PLM, pricing engines, and middleware (APIs, ETL).
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve CPQ incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Escalate complex issues to development or vendor support as required
