As part of Next Gen Finance , we are expanding our offshore team and hiring experienced Oracle Fusion Consultants across Financials and EPM to help build a robust, scalable financial systems platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant specializing in the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) . This role focuses on helping organizations streamline and automate financial account reconciliation processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The role requires a strong blend of financial domain expertise and technical Oracle EPM knowledge.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Implementation and Configuration

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Design solution architecture and configure ARCS to align with reconciliation processes

Solution Design and Best Practices

• Provide expert guidance on ARCS functionality
• Recommend best practices to optimize reconciliation workflows
• Collaborate with business users to understand financial challenges and propose effective solutions

Data Integration

• Configure and manage integrations between ARCS and ERP or General Ledger systems
• Ensure accurate and timely data flow for reconciliation

Testing and Support

• Develop and execute test plans
• Lead user acceptance testing
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Training and Documentation

• Conduct end-user training sessions
• Create and maintain functional design documents and configuration documentation

Project Management

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical and Functional Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with strong focus on ARCS
• Proven experience in one or more full-lifecycle Oracle ARCS implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly account reconciliation processes
• Experience working with ERP and General Ledger systems
• Experience with FCCS is a strong plus

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams

Certifications

• Oracle EPM or ARCS certification is preferred but not mandatory
