Overview

We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Lead specializing in the Record-to-Report (R2R) process area within Oracle E-Business Suite. This is a techno-functional leadership role (approximately 70% technical, 30% functional). This is not a pure developer role and not a pure functional lead role; it requires strong architectural, analytical, and cross-functional leadership.

Salary : Upto 12 lacs for 6 months

Role Summary

The R2R Techno-Functional Lead will provide solution leadership for enhancements, integrations, and technical designs across Oracle GL, FA, AP, AR, CE, and related sub-ledgers. The role requires strong understanding of accounting flows, month-end processes, journal workflows, and how transactional data integrates across modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and technical governance for R2R enhancements and integrations

Support Level 3 complex issues, break-fixes, functional-impact defects, and data integrity issues

Review functional requirements and design Oracle EBS-based technical solutions

Lead RICEF design: financial reports, accounting interfaces, conversions of chart of accounts, and extensions

Deep analysis of accounting data models, table structures, workflows, and APIs

Monitor and troubleshoot accounting integrations and sub-ledger posting issues

Support month-end close cycles, reconciliation processes, and financial reporting

Collaborate with finance teams to ensure end-to-end solution stability

Validate technical deliverables from developers and ensure compliance with standards

Provide architecture insight into GL posting flows, SLA rules, data mapping, and audit controls

Provide technical support and followup with product vendors

Troubleshoot batch job and interface issues

Conduct root cause analysis and error detection/correction

Monitor integrations for data leakage and error handling

Required Skills

10+ years of Oracle EBS R2R experience

Strong knowledge of GL, SLA, AR, AP, FA, CE

Deep understanding of financial data models and accounting integration flows

Strong SQL, data analysis, API and interface troubleshooting

Experience performing RCA and Level 3 support in R2R

Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with finance stakeholders
