The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Oracle Financial Lead to work with one of our Public Sector/Government clients. The role requires strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, proficiency in FCCS functionalities and experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).
• Hands on experience building Oracle FCC, designing and implementing consolidation logic, workflows, and rules within FCCS
• Deep understanding of consolidation principles (month end, eliminations) involving multiple organisations is crucial.
• Strong experience with end-to-end business processes across Fusion Finance especially R2R and FCCS.
• Strong stakeholder management - able to lead workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders, have strong communication skills for interacting with finance teams and project team.
• Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and automation using tools like Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate, and potentially REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Smart View for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and data manipulation
• Experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle EPM - FCCS.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their integration with EPM
• Comfortable with Oracle Cloud update cycles and the impact of patches
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance.
• Oracle Cloud certification in FCCS is desirable
