5. Key Responsibilities

Minimum experience of 15+ years in Oracle SCM that includes :

Good knowledge of overall Oracle Fusion architecture

Extensive Cloud SCM Functional experience with previous background of Oracle EBS SCM R12 modules. Experience in at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion end to end Implementations.

Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Fusion SCM modules namely Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development.

Good to have experience on, Manufacturing and Planning Central

Good Exposure in managing users and working with stakeholders

Subject Matter Expert with the entire Oracle SCM module and able to design and implement full System interacting with different stakeholders

Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment

Ability to lead in a hands-on capacity on all project phases : Project Preview, Fit / Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing

Lead the requirement gathering sessions, CRP and UAT phases in the project

Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role

Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases etc.

Prior Oracle EBS experience within last 5 years is nice to have.

Must be well versed in Oracle EBS solutioning and implementation

Should have exposure in migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion/Cloud.
