About the Role

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR & Compensation) to lead requirement workshops, configure modules, support testing/go-live, and partner with HR & IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering for Core HR & Compensation modules.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define solution designs.
• Configure enterprise structures, worker/assignment setups, compensation plans & budgets.
• Work with integration/reporting teams (HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI/BI).
• Support unit/system/UAT testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support and process improvements.
• Collaborate with global/cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience (Core HR & Compensation).
• Strong configuration experience and solid understanding of HR & compensation processes.
• Good knowledge of HCM data, security, and global HR practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM certifications.
• Experience in multi-country/global rollouts.
• Familiarity with Workforce Compensation, Absence, Work Structures.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, BI/OTBI, Fast Formulas, security modelling.
• Consulting/client-facing experience.
