Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 upgrade & analysis , including complex upgrade scenarios
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.x in large-scale environments
Proven experience in Database upgrades from 11g to 19C
Advanced proficiency in cloning, patching, and environment refreshes
Installation & upgrade expertise for Oracle Application products R12 (12.2.9)
Ability to raise and manage Firewall port requests , storage allocation requests , and infra dependencies
Experience setting up and managing SSH password-less authentication across environments

Good-to-Have Skills

Strong knowledge of ADOP Online Patching Cycle and downtime minimization practices
Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially related to Fusion Middleware , OHS, WebLogic, and application stack issues
Experience working with distributed/global teams and multi-environment landscapes
Exposure to performance tuning of concurrent programs and application services

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead cloning, patching, and environment refresh activities for complex Oracle EBS landscapes
Perform installation, migration, and upgrades of Oracle Applications R12 (12.2.9) on new hardware/infrastructures
Handle advanced Oracle Applications system administration , including:
User & Security Management
Concurrent Manager administration
Workflow configuration
Profile options & application services
Collaborate with business and technical teams to configure and support interfaces
Participate in customer meetings, provide regular status updates, and act as a technical SME for Oracle EBS
Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure environment stability
Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
