Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist, located in Bengaluru. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing eye diseases or conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses. Additional tasks include educating patients on proper eye care, performing advanced diagnostic testing, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure the best possible patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in conducting eye exams and prescribing corrective lenses
- Experience in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases or disorders
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques for eye care
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of advancements in optometry and eye care technology
- Bachelors degree in Optometry or a related field; a Masters degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Valid optometry license as per regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
