About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 10-15 years in Operations Manager to lead and scale one of our core service lines supporting convenience stores, fuel retail, and grocery operators.

This is a business ownership role, not just an operations position. You will be responsible for translating strategy into execution while driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and team leadership.

The role sits at the intersection of retail operations, technology, analytics, and people leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving real operational challenges, and scaling teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operations including revenue, profitability, and delivery quality

Drive service excellence, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams

Improve productivity through automation, analytics, and process optimization

Partner with retailers and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes

Contribute to service design, pricing strategy, and technology roadmaps.

Strong experience in retail operations, multi-site retail, or service operations

Background in convenience stores, grocery, fuel retail, or high-volume environments

Strong leadership and team development capabilities

Ability to work with data, dashboards, and operational metrics
