Job Role: AMC Operations

Level: Manager/Sr. Manager

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

Fund & Investment Operations

Oversee end-to-end fund operations including subscriptions, redemptions, trade lifecycle management, and corporate actions.
Review and validate NAV calculations provided by fund administrators.
Ensure timely reconciliation of portfolio, cash, and custody positions.
Monitor fund expenses, accruals, and fee calculations (management fee, performance fee, custody, audit, etc.)

Trade & Settlement

Coordinate trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation with brokers, custodians, and counterparties.
Monitor failed trades and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and fund mandates.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

Support regulatory filings and reporting requirements under IFSC regulations.
Maintain fund documentation, agreements, and operational SOPs.
Coordinate with compliance, legal, and external auditors for audits and regulatory inspections.

Process & Controls

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, trustees, auditors, banks, and internal teams (Investment, Finance, Compliance).
Respond to investor and internal queries related to operations and fund processes

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, FRM, or MBA (Finance) are preferred.
4+ years of experience in AMC operations, with specific experience in IFSC/GIFT City operations being highly preferred.
Strong understanding of IFSCA regulations, offshore fund structures, and international taxation.
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
