Timings- 10:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Role Description:

We are looking for a Program Ops Intern to support our Program Ops Team. You will assist in managing website content and landing pages (HubSpot), perform grammar checks, conduct information audits, and ensure a smooth user experience. You will also work on program collaterals (brochures, emails, offer letters), support program launches, and handle product/tech-related queries. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and provides great exposure to project management and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain website pages and landing pages on HubSpot.
• Review and edit website content for grammar, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Conduct quality audits to identify and fix errors.
• Test website program flow and flag user experience issues.
• Update program collaterals (brochures, emails, offer letters).
• Support program launches and ongoing project tasks.
• Assist with product/tech queries and stakeholder communication.
• Provide occasional design support in collaboration with the design team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or higher qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CMS) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in product and project management is desirable.
