Role Overview

As an Operations Executive Office & Administration, the role focuses on ensuring the smooth functioning of daily workplace operations and administrative coordination. The position supports internal teams by maintaining organized office processes, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating efficient communication across departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fastpaced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daytoday office administration and workplace operations.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and workspace arrangements for internal teams.
  • Maintain calendars and ensure efficient scheduling of internal meetings and interactions.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative data to support operational processes.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communication related to administrative and operational activities.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely procurement to support daily office requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support administrative and operational coordination.
  • Ensure meeting spaces and documentation are prepared in advance when required.
  • Support general workplace coordination to maintain a structured and professional office environment.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth office functioning.

Candidate Profile

  • 12 years of professional experience in office administration, operations coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and reliability in handling administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.


Preferred Background

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in office administration, operations support, or workplace coordination will be an advantage.
