Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram for an Operations Executive (B2B). The role involves overseeing day-to-day motor claims operations, ensuring efficient coordination with workshops, insurers, and brokers. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, maintaining quality and service level agreements, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The Operations Executive will also focus on streamlining workflows, solving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvements to optimize claim processing outcomes.
Location: Gurgaon, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in the automobile industry)
What Youll Do:
Drive new business and partnerships in the B2B auto service space
Build and nurture relationships with insurance partners, fleet operators & corporates
Develop and execute strategies to expand our business network
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
What Were Looking For:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automobile or insurance sector
A self-motivated individual with a proven track record in lead generation & conversions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in B2B ops, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Strong Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
- Experience in Customer-focused Communication, Client Presentations, and Closing Deals
- Understanding of the automotive or insurance sector is a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
