Job Description
Role : Operations Executive
Experience : 2-3 Years
CTC : 20 to 28K Per Month
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintaining Back-end Operations MIS.
- Importing data from the Operations Software and verifying accuracy of the same.
- Compliance under various statutes and applicable regulations.
- Reconciliation with Insurance Companies.
- Compiling Management Information Reports and doing analysis.
- Assisting in making reports as per IRDAI BAP portal.
- Making Quotes for Customers and sharing Comparison of various Insurance Companies.
Required Experience :
Minimum 2- 3 years experience in handling the back- end operations and compliance functions of insurance brokerage company
Qualifications :
B. Com/ M. Com
Competencies :
- Good knowledge of Back-end Operations particularly relating to insurance brokerage companies
- Proficiency in MS office is must, especially Excel.
- Above average proficiency in written and spoken English
- Hardworking, honest, and focused.
Compensation : Rs. 20,000 to 28,000/ pm
