Operations and Delivery Executive

The Operations & Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects across accounts. The role involves internal coordination, tracking timelines (TAT), resource alignment, and operational follow-ups to ensure projects are delivered as per committed timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance, video, etc.) to ensure timely project execution
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and turnaround time (TAT) for ongoing tasks
• Ensure proper resource allocation based on project requirements and priorities
• Follow up with teams to remove bottlenecks and flag delays proactively
• Maintain project trackers, task boards, and delivery status reports
• Support project planning by aligning deadlines, workloads, and execution capacity
• Ensure deliverables meet defined timelines before final handover
• Act as a bridge between execution teams and account/client-facing teams
• Support process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and delivery outcomes

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or delivery management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of project management tools and workflows
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
