Job Description
We are seeking a detail
- oriented Operations Executive to manage the Amazon Clinic Control Tower operations and ensure smooth delivery of healthcare services.
The ideal candidate will monitor service performance, manage customer communications, and generate actionable insights through daily reporting.
Key job responsibilities
• Monitor and manage real
- time operations of Amazon Clinic through Control Tower dashboard
• Handle customer chat interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns
• Track provider availability and consultation flow to maintain optimal service levels
• Generate and distribute daily operational reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of improvement
• Identify and escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve service delivery challenges
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1+ years of operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
