THE ROLE-

You own the entire content pipeline from research and ideation to final post going live. You're the person who makes sure 34 shorts and 1 YouTube video ship every single day, on time, at quality. You manage the editors, own the content calendar, and keep the machine running.

WHAT YOULL DO-

• Own and manage the full content production pipeline: research scripting shooting direction editing QA publishing
• Build and maintain the content calendar decide what gets made, when it ships, and why
• Directly manage the editing team (3+ short form, 3+ long form editors): assign work, review output, give feedback, maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with the Script Writer / Creative Director to align content with creative vision
• Provide shooting direction and briefs to ensure raw footage meets editing requirements
• Set up and optimise production workflows, templates, and SOPs for speed and consistency
• Track performance metrics and feed insights back into the content strategy
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks if somethings slowing the pipeline down, you fix it

WHAT YOU BRING

MUST HAVE

• Proven experience managing a content production team or pipeline
• Track record of shipping high-volume content consistently (daily cadence)
• Strong project management skills you live in calendars, task boards, and deadlines
• Experience managing editors and giving clear, actionable creative feedback
• Understanding of both short form and long form content production
• Ability to context-switch fast and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong communication you keep everyone aligned without micromanaging

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in AI/tech/education content space
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and Instagram insights
• Background in video editing (helps you review work effectively)
• Experience with production tools: Notion, Frame.io, Asana, or similar
