Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech

Must Skills – Vlocity, Salesforce, Lightning, FSC

Required: -

· Salesforce Platform Proficiency

o Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning components, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

o Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its components, data models, and configurations.

· Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Expertise

o Proficiency in Vlocity's core modules, including OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).

o Familiarity with Vlocity's Industry-Specific Data Models and their application within Financial Services.

o Good Knowledge in JSON and how does integration work with Vlocity.

· OmniStudio Components

o Advanced experience in designing, developing, and deploying OmniScripts and FlexCards for guided user experiences.

o Skilled in building complex DataRaptor Extract and Transform, Load, and Calculation procedures for data integration and transformation needs.

o Strong skills in integrating Lightning Web Components (LWC) with standard OmniScript elements, including overriding OmniScript blocks and reading/writing data between OmniScript, FlexCards, and custom LWCs for complex, interactive solutions.

o Integration expertise with REST and SOAP APIs using OmniStudio Integration Procedures.

· Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

o Ability to develop and optimize Apex code for custom server-side logic, with a focus on asynchronous processing and platform events.

o Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize user interfaces and extend Salesforce standard functionality.

· Solution Design and Architecture

o Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and mapping them to Vlocity FSC capabilities.

o Familiarity with agile methodology and experience in working on cross-functional team collaboration for iterative development.

Additional Skills:

· Able to translate the customer requirements and gap/fit analysis into comprehensible functional configuration of Salesforce.com.

· Experience of JavaScript / jQuery.

· Good written and verbal communication Skills.

· Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.

· Must be able to think independently and creatively.

· Attitude for taking on technical challenges.

· Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem (Sales, Service, Community clouds) and adjust to new technologies, methods and apps.
