Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Secretary at Continental Construction Projects Limited, based in Saket, New Delhi. The Office Secretary will be responsible for performing clerical tasks, organizing and maintaining records, providing executive administrative assistance, handling company secretarial duties, and engaging in effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include offering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, including written and verbal interactions
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and handling confidential documents
  • Ability to provide Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Proficiency with office software tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred
