About the Role - Looking for a dynamic person who can assist the Team Associate with sorting mails, folder management, entering data in excel and maintaining/updating speadsheets, sorting paperwork, billing, following up for payments and other administrative works.


Responsibilities -

  • Billing
  • Billing follow up
  • Administrative help
  • Folder management
  • Data updation in excel/word
  • Client management
  • Mail and Phone management
  • Conf room booking


Qualifications - Graduate


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Good knowledge of excel is must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Well spoken English, Hindi and Marathi.



Pay range and compensation package -

  • Salary Range: Upto 40,000/- based on qualification and experience.
  • Candidate should be Mumbai based willing to work flexible hours.
  • Experience 3 - 5 years.
