Job Summary

We are seeking an Odoo Technical & Functional Expert who can lead end-to-end ERP

implementations and take ownership of delivery. The role requires strong functional

knowledge of business processes, solid technical expertise in Odoo, and the ability to

manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, high-quality project

outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional

Lead requirement gathering and solution design workshops with business stakeholders

Map business processes to standard Odoo workflows and configurations

Perform functional gap analysis and define optimal solutions

Configure Odoo modules to meet business requirements

Prepare and review functional documents including BRD, FRD, and solution designs

Lead UAT, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure business sign-off

Conduct end-user training and support post-go-live activities

Technical

Design, develop, and review Odoo customizations using Python and XML

Oversee customization of views, workflows, and QWeb reports

Architect and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs

Plan and supervise data migration using Odoo ORM and scripts

Ensure performance optimization, security configuration, and system stability

Enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical governance
