Occupational Therapist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and provide hands-on guidance to improve clients' physical, emotional, sensory, and cognitive functioning. Responsibilities also include working with pediatric cases, collaborating with medical and rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and maintaining clear, effective communication with patients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices, with a focus on delivering evidence-based care.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and approaches, along with knowledge of developmental milestones, especially in Pediatrics.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy and compliance with licensure requirements.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is highly preferred.
