Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Supervisor role based in Bengaluru. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure smooth operational workflow, and maintain patient care standards across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with patient care and safety standards
• Support staffing coordination and shift planning
• Maintain communication with hospital management
• Monitor daily nursing operations

Eligibility & Experience

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
