Senior Recruiter Data Center (Non-Technology Hiring)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing stealth organization operating in the large-scale data center infrastructure space. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end non-technology hiring across data center construction, operations, and facilities functions.


This role is critical in building high-quality, on-ground teams that support the design, build, and operation of mission-critical data center infrastructure across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for all non-technology roles related to data center construction and operations.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, project heads, and operations teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines.


Hire across roles including (but not limited to):

  • Data Center Operations & Facilities
  • Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC Engineers
  • Civil & Construction Management
  • Project Managers & Site Leads
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Facility Technicians, Shift Engineers & Operators


Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using:

  • Industry networks
  • Direct sourcing & referrals
  • Job portals and professional platforms
  • Screen, assess, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future data center projects.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.
  • Strengthen employer branding within infrastructure and data center talent communities.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 25 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on non-technology hiring.
  • Proven hiring experience in one or more of the following industries:

-Data Centers

-Infrastructure & EPC

-Construction & Real Estate

-Power, Utilities, or Industrial Projects


Hands-on experience hiring site-based, project-based, and operational roles.

  • Strong understanding of workforce planning for large, multi-location projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to work closely with on-site teams and travel when required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience hiring for mission-critical facilities such as data centers, power plants, or industrial infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting pan-India hiring for large-scale projects.
  • Exposure to vendor and contractor hiring models.
