We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals
• Handle bulk / volume hiring for frontline and operations roles
• Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation & joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS
