About the Role

Responsibilities

• Technical evaluation of new project in terms of quality & process requirement
• Knowledge of 5 core tools of quality system, 7QC tools
• Expert in documentation preparation like Control plan, Fire piece inspection, Firewall, drawing reading, understanding of GD&T tolerances
• Understanding project & details, Communication internal, external
• Gathering required documents from CFT, self review & checking
• Gathering of previous project LL & implementation
• Perform internal PPAP, prepare MOM & closure of OPL
• Perform customer PPAP, Upload PPAP package in customer portal in customer formats & get PSW approval

Qualifications

BE: Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics

Required Skills

• PPAP documentation
• Knowledge of control plan, 5 why for Problem-solving, PFMEA, Line balancing, GD&T basics
• Core tools SPC, MSA, PPAP, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office tools at the proficient level

Preferred Skills

5-10 years of Core Quality experience.
