Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the network infrastructure and collaboration systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements. - Manage the life cycle of network elements across Fulfillment and Assurance. - Maintain and update back office system data records. - Provide support for customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve network-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures, Network Security Management. - Strong understanding of telecommunication network operations. - Experience in configuring and managing collaboration systems. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
